Our Mission
At Wild Ivy Psychological Services, we are dedicated to supporting the growth and well-being of youth and young adults through thoughtful, individualized care. Just as ivy finds its way to thrive in all kinds of environments, we believe in helping each client grow with resilience, no matter their starting point or circumstance. Our approach is rooted in collaboration—with families, schools, and other professionals—ensuring that care is comprehensive and connected. We offer evidence-based therapy, parenting support, and diagnostic evaluations, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. At Wild Ivy, we strive to create a safe, welcoming space where young people feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow into their full potential.
Our Services
Individual Psychotherapy
We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults in a supportive, collaborative environment. Using evidence-based approaches, blended with the practical wisdom gained from working in school-based and private practice settings, we help clients gain insight, learn coping skills, find self-acceptance, and grow towards their goals. Whether navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, or school-related challenges, we meet each person where they are at with compassion and care. Therapy sessions are active and tailored to fit the needs, strengths, and developmental stage of each client.
Parent Counseling and Training
Meaningful change often cannot happen alone. Our parent counseling and training services provide caregivers with a safe, non-judgemental space to seek the support that they may need in helping their child reach their full potential. Sessions are designed to help parents and guardians feel seen and validated while providing them while strengthening their understanding of their child’s needs, building their communication skills, and empowering them to respond to challenges with confidence. We provide practical strategies and emotional support for caregivers of children with Autism, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, and beyond. In addition, we support parents in advocating for outside services and supports that they and/or their child may need.
Diagnostic Evaluations
Our comprehensive diagnostic evaluations provide clarity and direction when there are questions about learning, behavior, and/or emotional wellbeing. We specialize in assessing and diagnosing ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and related concerns in children, adolescents, and young adults. All of our evaluations are thorough, developmentally informed, and personalized based on presenting concerns and desired outcomes. We take the time to ensure that individuals and families not only receive the answers that they are looking for, but that these answers are delivered in a way that is easy to understand. As needed, the staff at Wild Ivy can help you use your evaluation results to advocate for supports—whether that means pursuing an IEP or 504 plan at school, or finding resources in the community.

Meet Dr. Gabriele
I'm Dr. Ashley Gabriele, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist and the founder of Wild Ivy Psychological Services. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and am passionate about helping them navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-understanding.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and incorporates elements of CBT, ACT, DBT, REBT, and behavioral therapy to create customized support for each individual. I also integrate a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming lens into all areas of my work. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both research and real-life application.
With a background as a school psychologist, I bring a deep understanding of how emotional, behavioral, and learning needs intersect with the school environment—and how to advocate for supports that truly help. Therefore, whether you're seeking support for an existing issue, looking to explore a new diagnosis, or need help advocating for your child at school, you're in the right place.
